Vijay Mehra (Rajendra Kumar) and Suman (Vidya Sinha) are in love, but they end up marrying other people. Time passes and broken hearts heal, but when Vijay's son Bunty (Kumar Gaurav) unwittingly falls in love with Suman's daughter Pinky (Vijayeta), their parents' past relationship could threaten to keep them apart.
